SnagSense
SnagSense. Because It Makes Sense.
SnagSense was built on ten years on the tools — starting as an apprentice, working up to site manager. Along the way I spent time alongside a finishing manager, learning to catch snags before they turned into costly problems, and years in customer care, sitting across from buyers who didn't know what a snag was, what wasn't normal, and what they were even allowed to ask for.
Moving into a new build shouldn't feel confusing. SnagSense exists so it doesn't — a site manager's eye for what's wrong, and a customer care approach to actually explaining it.
