Before We Arrive

To give you the most thorough inspection possible, here's what helps on the day:

  • Clean and tidy — makes it easier to spot genuine defects rather than mess

  • Empty where possible — an empty property lets us check every surface, corner and fitting properly. A few pieces of furniture is no issue at all, we'll work around it

  • Within 6 months of completion — as a new build, we ideally inspect within the first 6 months. We know moving house is stressful and snagging can slip down the list — if you're outside that window, get in touch and we'll advise on next steps

  • Pets are welcome — we don't mind pets being home during the inspection, we're happy to work around your four-legged friends
